My passion for fitness began through my love for sports and developed as a high school athlete and D-1 prospect in basketball. During my enlistment in the Marine Corps my love for fitness propelled even further. I was awarded the opportunity to be a fitness trainer in the Semper Fit program, which is geared towards assisting Marines & Sailors with nutrition, mindfulness, & overall fitness. That experience and the fact I love to help others is why I made the decision to become a certified personal trainer. My approach to fitness emphasizes age–appropriate programming with a specific focus on strength training in combination with cardiovascular, flexibility, & balance training. I believe this combined with the right balance in nutrition and attitude can help any individual reach their maximum potential! My goal is to educate on proper workout dynamics to prevent injury & assist my clients in developing a love of fitness which reaching goals of their own. My sessions are fun, challenging, and efficient. I stand firmly on my belief that you are your own limit. For what does not challenge you—does not change you!

Hey Everyone! My name is Joel Hall and I am NCCPT Certified Athletic Personal Trainer! Training Clients to get to their full potential physically and mentally is my love and passion. I do my job with 100 percent exuberance and energy!! I played Football and basketball in high school. My favorite type of client is a motivated client with goals who is ready to pursue those goals with me.  My training specialty is very multi-Verse as in Weight loss, muscle building, weight gain and overall toned up full body look. I like helping people just in general but once people around the gym started asking me what workouts should they do and how they should do them, I knew this was for me and helping people become their best.
